The Board believes that good corporate governance standards are essential in providing a framework for the Company to safeguard the interests of shareholders, enhance corporate value, formulate its business strategies and policies, and enhance its transparency and accountability. The Company has applied the principles and code provisions as set out in the Corporate Governance Code (the \u201cCG Code\u201d) contained in Appendix 15 of the GEM Listing Rules.<\/p>\n<p>The board will continue to monitor and review the Company\u2019s corporate governance practices to ensure compliance with the CG Code.
